We know you're excited to get out and ride, so we've made our delivery process as quick and straightforward as possible. We work with trusted couriers to ensure your new e-bike and accessories arrive safely and on time.

Our Delivery Partners

We use a selection of reliable couriers to handle our deliveries across the UK. Depending on the size of your order and your location, your items will be delivered by one of the following partners:

• Royal Mail: For smaller accessories and parts.
• DPD: For larger items and bikes, offering excellent tracking and delivery time slots.
• Evri: A flexible option for various parcel sizes.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

We like to keep things simple. That's why we're delighted to offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £50!

For orders under £50, a standard delivery charge of £4.95 will be applied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 working days.

• E-Bikes: Once dispatched, e-bikes are typically delivered within 2-4 working days. They are sent via a specialised service to ensure they are handled with care.
• Parts & Accessories: These are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your door.
